shimtokk: for the holidays
Last week, I posted about SHIMTOKK and their submission for Martha Stewart's The Crafts Dept. Gift Wrap Challenge. Voting comes to a close this Wednesday, and they would absolutely love your support. If you are so inclined, please head on over to The Crafts Dept. blog and kindly place your vote. And, if you are needing a little holiday inspiration, they have filled their blog with wonderful packaging ideas! Feel free to check it out right here. Best wishes SHIMTOKK!

shimtokk: gift wrap challenge
I recently had the pleasure of working with the lovely and talented ladies of SHIMTOKK, a collaboration between Sally J Shim of SHIM + SONS and Joke Vande Gaer of TOKKETOK. Martha Stewart’s The Crafts Dept. invited them to participate in a Gift Wrap Challenge, just in time for the holidays. Inspired by texture and simple materials, they decided to create delightful stitched packages for the challenge. It was such a pleasure to photograph their thoughtful designs, and I absolutely love their minimalist aesthetic, attention to detail, and unique, strong vision. To learn more about SHIMTOKK, please feel free to click here and head on over to The Crafts Dept. blog to see step by step instructions on how to create your own stitched packages. I plan on sharing more of their creations with you as we approach the holidays. Stay tuned...
Sally and Joke, I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with you and thanks for thinking of me for this fun & cheerful project!
